HP Envy 4510
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello,

The last time I used my printer, it was working just fine. Today when I tried to print something, a message came through on my computer that said the printer is in an "Error State". I made sure the wiFi connection was on, I restarted the printer, unplugged and plugged it back in from the wire in the back of the printer (something I saw on another post), and nothing has worked. I've also been clearing the jobs I've sent as the message comes through.  It just says "Error Printing on Envy 4510". Anything else I can try?

Thank you

I unplugged the printer and restarted my computer. I made a copy, which did work. However, when I try to print something it still says "error" and that it can't find the document I'm sending! Please help 😞

Thank you very much for the post.

1. Please restart Printer and the computer and see if this resolves the issue.

2. If the above step does not resolve, remoove the Paper from all the tray and restart Printer and see if the problem resolves.

3. If the problem still exists, open the Printer Door and remoove the cartridges followed by restart and insert the cartridges again. And see if it resolves.

Hope above steps might help to resolve.
