Okay, I have been having issues with this printer for a year now. I have already had people from customer service try and fix this issue, which it did for a few days, before it has returned back.
My printer continues to say it's offline whenever I try to print. But only me. I live in a house with three different people and the printer works completely fine with them. When I go into the "remote" it says that it is ready, there's enough ink, paper, nothing else is wrong with it.
Again, customer service has been in my computer before, fixed it, the new thing was working for about three days but when I stopped using it, it reseted back and it won't return to however the employee set it to.
I'm very angry and frustrated with this, I can't apply for certain jobs as I can't print them, I can't get projects done, and to be honest, I'm ready to throw it out the window.
Why is it doing this? Why is it only doing it to me? Why did it reset? How can I fix it, and quickly.
