Product: LaserJet Pro M201dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
My printer is printing everything slightly crooked at the moment (1/16 inch or so counterclockwise. I have taken out the ink cartridge and put back in, taken off paper trays and reattched, open and closed duplexer, ran cleaning diagnostic tool. Is there something else that can become misaligned or other steps to take to see why it is printing crooked? Thanks.

Sometimes if this starts after a jam there is a small scrap of paper stuck somewhere in the feed path that is dragging the paper and causing it to skew slightly so look closely throughout the whole path to see if there's a little bit of a paper scrap stuck somewhere.
Also always check that the tray guides are set correctly because if they are a little bit loose they can allow paper to skew as it feeds into the printer.
You can even click both buttons. . .
