Whenever I print something out from my HP Color Laserjet Enterprise MFP M776 series I get an extra page that says" User:... Host:.... Class:.... Job: Microsoft Word-clinic operations 2019, Receiot-ybj61110.pdf. How can I stop this extra printout.

Sounds like Job separator is enabled.  Go to print driver and look under Device Settings Tab.
