HP Deskjet F4480
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I am having a lot of frustration with this printer telling me that it is out of paper. No matter what I do it won't print because the printer can not seem to recognize that there is actually paper in there. I have done everything that HP tells you to do in order to fix it. I ran the "Paper Feed Cleaning" service and I have cleaned the rollers.

What else can be the problem? The printer has not been used much and worked fine the last time I used it.

This is killing me. I don't want to have to get a new printer just because of some silly thing but I can't figure it out. I know if I can't figure this out and have to get a new printer, HP is out of the question.

Please help!!!

Thanks,

Jack

There could be a printer faulty if you have already tried all of the previous solutions and the product will not print a self-test page on plain white paper.

Hope this helps to resolve your issue.
