HI,

 

My printer was working just fine until this morning. I was printing out an email and it stopped in the middle of printing. I haven't been able to get it to print since. I have reinstalled it, the test passes, but everytime I try to print something it says "needs user intervention" nothing is blinking on the printer. The black ink is full. I don't know what else to try but I have a business that I run from home so I need my printer to work. Please help me.

What operating system?  

 

If you have Windows running the diagnostics here may help resolve the issue
