Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

I am trying to print 4 x 6  photos from my computer. I loaded the photo tray but get the message that there is no paper in the tray. I can print letter size in that tray.

I understand that you are unable to print 4 x 6  photos from my computer and you get an error message that there is no paper in the tray.

 

This issue could occur if the photo paper settings are not correct.
