Deskjet 3630 all-in-one
The printer is coming up with error E1 code when we try to use I with the USB and when we try to print from our apple phones it comes up with paper size miss match or prints the screen size (even after trying to change the paper size)

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are getting E1 error. I would like to help you resolve this issue.

Reset the printer.

  • Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
  • Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
  • Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
  • The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
  • Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

✔️Look for jammed paper.

✔️Make sure the ink cartridge carriage moves freely.

✔️Use an automated tool to clean the paper rollers.

✔️Manually clean the paper rollers inside the input tray.

☑️Error Displays (Paper Jam) for more troubleshooting steps.

Let me know how it goes.

I hope it helps and if you feel I have answered your question and concerns,

Please mark this post as a solution accepted and Kudos would also be appreciated.

Cheers.
