Hi...

Yesterday my printer ran out of black ink. Other 3 colors were all showing full. Today I got new HP cartridge and fitted it in printer. Tried to print.

Printer now says     "One or more print cartridges appear to be

missing or damaged. Install or replace the affected cartridges."

There in a fantastic color graphic of squares and rectangles representing ALL FOUR COLORS.

What the Hell?

In printer settings it says under Supply Levels  "The printer may be out of ink" and shows all cartridges empty.

I have tried everything in the troubleshooting,,,,, Reboot... Unplug wait Replug... reseat cartridges ... etc etc..

I need this printer to work ASAP

Any help appreciated

Thanks
