Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer has been working absolutely fine for a few weeks, since I bought it.

 

Printed a15 page doscument this morning, went to print another and nothing.

Printer chugs and beeps but won't print.  

Test page prints OK, but nothing else.

 

Apparently my 3 week old printer is out of warranty!!!!!!!!!!

HP support is obviously designed for custoemr to not get in touch.

No phone number for me to call, no email address, no contact form.

Just this junk.  HP service is as bad as it's product.

 

And please don't even think about telling me to update drivers, this printed fine 1 hour ago, but no longer.

It's just poor quality products and service from HP. Again.

I understand that you are unable to print from your HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 All-in-One Printer. 

 

This issue could occur if the drivers are not configured properly.

 

Let's go through a few steps to resolve this issue.

If the issue persists, then you need to update the firmware from the link: Firmware Update
