HP C6280 All-in-one printer
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello. I have an HP C6280. My problem is that when I send something to print, the printer will pick up 2 sheets of paper at a time and send it through the rollers without printing anything. But mostly it seems to cutoff the top part of a printed document. Rarely does it print correctly. I hate wasting paper on a half printed document. I would appreciate any help.

I don't know if this is a roller problem, but paper is constantly jamming.  I took out the cartridge and looked for paper and saw a blue elastic cord sticking up fromt the rollers.  Is this part of the printer?
