My printer keeps displaying the message that the tri color ink cartridge is incorrectly installed.
I have re-installed the ink multiple times, turned the printer on and off, removed the cartridge altogether, un-added and re-added the printer. Nothing has worked, the error message keeps displaying and the printer will not let me print off any documents whether I select black and white or color. I am hesitant to go out and buy a new ink cartridge altogether as I am already a member of the insta-ink service. The downside of that service is the printer will not recognize this issue to signal that I need a new cartridge. The printer is in no way out of ink, I didn't do anything different, one day it was working and the next it was not.
