I have an HP Photosmart 6510-B211a that is hooked up to a wireless network. Operating system on my Dell PC is Windows XP, 32 bit. I also have a Toshiba laptop, Satellite A355-S6925, Vista 32 bit. The printer is installed on both computers, and installation was with the disc. I have had no trouble printing from the Toshiba laptop, and the problem is with the Dell PC. After I installed the printer I could print from the PC, but after awhile, approximately 2-3 hours, when I attempted to print, nothing happened. I checked the printer on the control panel, and in the queue, status showed "error - offline", when in fact the printer is not offline, as at that time I could print from the PC. How do I solve this problem? Thanks.

Hello Mooc,
A good place to start with trying to figure out what is going on is to run the Print Scan Doctor. You can find it here
You will want to run this on the machine that is not printing and is showing the "printer offline" error message.
If the print scan doctor completes and the issue persists there are additional troubleshooting steps that can be found in this troubleshooting article.
