HP Recommended
Product: OfficeJet 5255
Operating System: iOS

OfficeJet All-in-one 5255 will not do printer scan. Error message says can’t do when connected remotely, though I’ve done many times before. Says I must do camera scan, which I find tedious. This problem occurs only intermittently.
