HP ENVY 4502
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I have an HP envy 4502 all in one printer, and I've had it for about a year and half. Worked wonderful for the first year, but not for the last several months.

The issue that I'm having is that it constantly skips multiple lines at a time and makes it impossible to print anything that I actually need. I've used the clean print head and clean ink smear options on the printer, and the warranty for  my ink cartridges is 2017/08/11 (color) and 2017/08/24 (black). Both of the cartridges' levels are 50% or more.

I'm not really sure what to do for this.

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the print defects in your Envy 4502 printer.  If the first dozen steps do not resolve the issue you might try cleaning the cartridge and printer contacts as shown in the document here.

In a pinch you could print in Best mode, that should fill in the missing areas.
