Hi, my printer has been stuck on an error state for the last few days. I tried removing printers in queue but it just gets unresponsive. I have a HP Officejet 5610 All-In-One, kind of old, but was always reliable. It would make my month if someone helps me figure it out.
Edit: I just got a message on the screen on the printer when it just started printing out of nowhere. It says "Error: 0xd0620230 Reset Power" any hints?

Hi @MrSoHot,
Thank you for showing your interest in HP Support Forums. It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel. I see your HP Officejet 5610 is in error state, the front panel is showing '0xd0620230 Reset Power'. I'll be really glad to help you with this,
Please make sure that the printer is connected directly to the wall outlet and not to the surge protector.
Remove the ink cartridges and then try to perform a Hard reset on the printer.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Remove USB cable, if present.
Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle.
Now insert the ink cartridges and then try to print a test document and check if it works.
Please follow the steps suggested in the support document for - '0xc19a0005' Error or Similar Error Displays - Click here
If the issue persists, I would suggest you would need to perform an advance reset on the printer. I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
Let me know how that goes. Good luck!
Cheers 🙂
