HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Printer
macOS 12.0 Monterey

Printer will not print.  My Mac OS just updated yesterday to Monterey 12.4.  Could that have something to do with it?

Have the same problem with the HP Officejet 5740

FIXED! Multiple reboots later, it seems there was a wireless issue that was resolved by cycling the wireless connection on the printer (not the Mac).

What does this mean? What is meant by cycling the wireless connection on the printer. I have an HP 5255 All in one!

Cycling the wireless on the printer can be achieved in the “settings” menu on the printer. On some there maybe a shortcut or switch on the front panel. You need to turn the wireless networking off and then turn it on again.

After endless printer and macbook reboots, which did not help at all, I restarted my router. And voila!
My hp laserjet m28w is back in business.

How do I reboot a router?

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

I have an HP 7640.  It stopped printing over wifi when I updated to 12.3.1 and hasn't printed with 12.4.  I tried rebooting my router and turning the wifi on the printer off an on.  I'm thinking about trying a hardwire connection Mac > printer.  Any approaches that have worked for anyone?

Does HP ever offer assistance on here through a moderator?
