hp 7500 will not print even after changing print heads

Quite simple - although HP don't seem very ken to let you know. So who knows whether they'll show this.

Remove the cartridge and rinse the head under hot water and/or a little bit of liquid detergent. Clean with paper towel. Go and print 

No go? Try again.

Really simple.

I am not HaPpy with HP for not making this well known.
