Product: HP8710 printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I re-installed the printer and thus deleted the 25 items that had built up in the queu but the first item cannot be deleted and seems to be stuck in the middle of the process of either printing or deleting and apparently does not know what to do, as if frozen in place. How do I get rid of it so I can print again? Thanks

Running the diagnostics at http://www.hp.com/go/tools may help resolve the issue.  Download and run teh HP Print and Scan Doctor.
