Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂

I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.

As I understand the printer doesn't print due to the error message you've mentioned,

No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:

what exactly happens when you attempt to print?

When do you get the error message and where does it pop up? (on printer or windows).

Have you ensured genuine HP cartridges are being used?

While you respond to that, here's a few things you should do:

If you have paper jam issues as well: Click here and follow all the steps one by one to resolve your concern,

If I have helped you resolve the issue, feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon below,

Thank you for posting in the HP Support Forum.  Have a great day!
