DeskJet 3630
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I live in student halls where a lot of people use the wireless internet, the router is unavailable to me it make a connection using the pin or push method. I have recently taken the printer home to try a connection to my house wifi but this has also not worked. The blue wireless button on the printer is constantly blinking. I have had this printer since January 2016 and it has worked perfectly until around 6 weeks ago where the wireless stopped working and sometimes a USB connection is unavailable. I am a subscriber of HP instant ink but this will not work while the printer cannot connect to the wirless.

Any suggestions would be welcomed!

Have you tried resetting the wireless on the printer?

This link explains how to reset the wireless:

Unfortunately this solution did not work. I am also finding that I am getting stuck on this page even though I have connected the device to my computer with a USB cable.

You will not be able to connect to the schools wireless as they require Enterprise Authentication which your printer does not support.  You will not be able to use Instant Ink either.  However...  Read here.

Read here on why you can't connect your wireless printer to a network requesting additional security and information (username and password).  Instant Ink help here too.

This does not apply to myself becasue it is not a school wireless, I live in private rent student accomodation- what I mean is this has nothing to do with my university but I share the wirless with many others.

I have previously maintained the connection for a full year and it is only recently that it has stopped working.

It looks like the image you attached is a png file and for some reason the forum is not displaying it.  Can you post the image as a jpg?  (windows paint can save as a jpg)

After discussing with a coworker, this may be a printer failure issue.  If you can still print from another computer keep troubleshooting.  If not consider getting the printer replaced.

Completely remove all the HP software and drivers from your computer.  Unplug the USB cable.

Now go back and full start the installation again.  Do not plug in the USB cable until told to do so by the software.  Now try.

Still no luck, I still seem to be stuck on the page where it asks for the USB to get connected 😢
