I am trying to re connect my printer. for the past 6 months, it has not been able to be connected to HP Smart. Each time that I set up the printer, it says it's able to connect to WiFi, identify the printer, and then it gets to the "finishing connections" part of the set up, and it tells me it's unable to connect to the printer. I've reset my router, I've tried from a phone and a computer. I've tried setting it up through IP Address, nothing is able to finish the connection. Because of this, HP Instant Ink has made it to where I can't even connect via USB cable to print items.

Same here and it is beyond frustrating.

Mine asks for the password…. which I put in and it then says it is not correct.

What to do?

I feel like throwing it into the bin to be honest…. such a waste of time.
