The paper jammed in my printer. I had to pull it out from behind the cartridge bar. Now the light is flashing. I cannot get it to clear. I have deleted the printer queue, uninstalled the printer, reinstalled the printer, turned off and unplugged everything, and still the light will not stop flashing, the paper will not feed, and the printer will not print. It also says that my ink cartridges need to be replaced. I recently replaced them. HELP PLEASE!
