My printer will not print certain fonts (Calibri and Times New Roman etc) from microsoft word.When i check the printer queue it says that the are no files waiting.

Hello Georgedp3,
Thanks for the post. Very odd, these are common fonts, I just ran a Word document (2010) with these fonts on a similar printer without issue. I might suggest creating a new document as a test with these fonts and see how that prints, another option would be to try these fonts within another text application and check the results, that will help us narrow it down. Hi Georgedp3,
I understand that you have issues printing few word fonts, could your please provide further information to help me understand your issue better.
What is the Operating system on your computer??
How is the printer connected to your computer?? USB or wireless??
Are you able to print from other applications like PDF, excel etc???
