I have an HP Envy 120... BRAND NEW. For the first week or two, no issues at all, but now it is a CONSTANT struggle. Specifically when it comes to color printing...  I have to run a print quality report before EVERY color print, just to make sure the color is working properly. I have tried EVERYTHING... I have read the forums, used the advice, run a cartridge clean, second level clean, aligned the cartridges, bought 'genuine HP cartridges'... literally everything. I am wasting a ton of money on purchasing ink JUST TO RUN THESE TESTS. Then, when it FINALLY works during a test, it doesn't work during the actual print!

Needless to say, I am beyond frustrated and would like to know how to actually solve this problem...

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Please provide some details.  When you say color is not working exactly what happens?  Does the color streak, or are the colors wrong, or not printing at all or ???  What are you printing - graphics or photos?  Are you using plain paper or photo paper?
