HP Envy 4520

HP Smart and latest printer update are already installed.

Test pages from HP Smart come out fine with colour and everything.

Colour printing also works perfectly fine when I do it from my phone (Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G).

However on my laptop (HP Omen 15-AX216NF), when I print from any application (Word, Acrobat, Chrome, Photos, etc.) it just won't print in colour no matter what settings I use. Could it be a compatibility issue with Windows 10?

I'm on the latest Windows 21H1 version.

Please help, I've been trying to solve this problem for so long. Thanks!

2.    Run and select the option for "Fix Printing"

3. Restart the computer and try again to print in Color.
