Trying to print photos on 4x6 photo paper. Have had the printer about a month. It printed fine at first, but now, regardless of what settings I use, it only recognizes the plain 8 1/2 x 11 paper. I have done everything the forums have suggested - downloaded new drivers, changed printer settings, changed default settings - and it still only shows that I have Letter sized paper in the tray.
Please, please help! I was supposed to print photos for a Christmas gift needed by tomorrow (today is Dec. 24).

Hello,
Its surprising to read that 4x6 size is not listed.
-Kindly uninstall the printer software.
-Restart the PC
-Please download and run the HP Printer Install Wizard from www.hp.com/go/tools

Same problem. The only printer that was so dumb out of the box. I have owned several HPs, Lexington and Epson but this is stupid. Sorry for the rant but have been doing battle with Windows 10. Simple things made more difficult. What'should going on in the industry ? I hope all the people get HP'so attention.
