officejet pro 6978.

Won't print and won't shut down.

When turning off the the printer, the screen says "shutting down" along with a circle spinning, however it won't turn off.

I unplugged  the printer power cord from the printer and the wall, waited several minutes and plugged back in. Got a message of "printer error" and a code, 0x100004a.

I am having the same exact problem.  I have a brand new HP Mobile 250 All in One.  Can you please send me the instructions to reset?
