Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Printer needed new ink , I installed a New set of HP ink CATRIGES and after that is producing blank pages either when coping or when printing documents from the computer that is connected with.

Hi, did you try realigning the ink via the printers preferences on the computer? Or cleaning the ink on that same program? Hope that helps, Justin L.

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve black not printing on your Photosmart 5520 printer.  Go through the steps in order.  If the steps there do not resolve the issue then manually cleaning the printhead as shown in the post here may help.
