Greetings @deros, 

 

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post. 

 

I understand that you Deskjet printer is not powering On, is that right?

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you. 

Have you tried different wall outlets to power On the printer?

 

Recommend you try the steps suggested in this HP Article and let me know how it goes.
