HP 600 M601

We have 4 HP 600 M601 LAser Jet printers and only buy HP toner cartridges.

Three of the printers develop lines after the cartridge is 1/2 used. Nothing we do corrects the problem, except change out the cartridge.

Is anyone else having a problem with toner cartridges from Quill, that say it is HP?

thanks

Are you sure these are OEM and not remanufactured? Quills website seems to push refurbished, not OEM toners. If they are remans then 50% of normal life might not be unusual, it really depends on the skill to the person rebuilding the cartridge and the quality of materials used. I would be chasing Quill for warranty on those cartridges.

Yes, they are HP cartridges.

I've contacted HP and becuase they are older machine they blew me off.

But, I these printers were 900.00 each x 4, so I'm not happy with HP.

It has to be HP- it is their machine AND their cartridges.
