HP Recommended

HP Smart Tank 6001 All-in-One was printing fine until I refilled the cartridges. The display panel now shows a flashing yellow exclamation point and two printhead errors. Other troubleshooting shows "Printhead Failure". I have tried all the troubleshooting, reset the printer, rechecked the cartridges (they all show full), reset the printheads and checked all of the connections.

Still shows same errors; what to do now, please???
