Office Jet Pro 696

Hi,

printer keeps coming up with Printhead problem, stating that there is a problem with the printhead. I cannot seem to resolve this. Have turned machine off, removed and re-instated inks, all has no effect. Machine is brand new

Thanks

  • Wait 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
