Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I am  receiving message 'Missing or Failed Printhead' even after installing all new cartridges in my Officejet Pro 8610.

Hi 

 

An Ink System Failure error OR problem with printhead message displays on the printer control panel, and the printer does not print. 

 

Please click the below link and follow the steps .

( Skip Updating firmware step in the link if there is error msg on printer ) you dont have to perform that step.
