I'm getting a "Problem with printhead" error.

I found the following website:

http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04839288

It says:

Your printer model might be replaced under the following conditions:
  • Your printer is one of the models listed above.
  • The printer exhibits the error message: There is a problem with the printhead.

Cool.  Printer might be replaced.  Then it says:

If you are located in the United States or Canada, your printer meets these conditions, and you would like to see if your printer can be serviced or replaced by HP, visit the Product Replacement for Printhead website.

So I go to that link (which is http://support.hp.com/us-en/productreplacement) and enter my serial number and product number.  Under serial number, it says:

"The information you entered does not match our records. Please try again"

I called HP, but they were useless.

My goal, like the website above said, is to "see if your printer can be serviced or replaced," and yet I can't enter the information that is necessary to find out.

@MattB01, thank you for your reply, I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.
Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
