OfficeJet Pro 6830
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have received a message stating a problem with my Printhead (error Oxc19a0035) on my 6830. It was purchased in July 2015 and the warranty expired in August 2016. We are only 7 months past the warranty and I'm wondering if anything can be done to repair the printhead or do I have to dispose of a quite new printer? I am also a member of the Instant Ink program.

Hello, @Allisonross – Hope you are well 🙂

Thanks for accessing the HP Support Forums for extra support! I see that you are experiencing printhead problem with your Officejet 6830 printer. I will do my best to assist you with this issue.

If “There is a problem with the printhead” error message displays on the printer control panel or computer then this is an issue with the printer hardware and you might be eligible for a free replacement. This error might also come along with the “0XC19” error code.

You will get more details and the printer service options here: http://hp.care/2d0omZ5

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.

Cheers 🙂
