I just got this printer and just got this Hallmark Product Card Studio Deluxe. I have used this type of product in the past and on previous HP printers, with very satisfactory results. What happens is this;

I make a card and then attempt to print it. It is printed on both sides. It prints on plain 8 1/2 by 11 paper fine, but when I attempt to print it on 1/2 fold card stock, it does not print the same. It may print fine on one side, but then the other side the print is off the edge, not centered correctly at all.

I cannot answer this question - at least not in context - I use (free) Avery Software to create and print cards.  The details are likely very different.

I did find the Support Knowledge Base / FAQ pages for the Hallmark software (including contact information to get support for the listed products):

Hallmark:  Knowledge Base - Problems and Errors

Use Cntrl F on each of the three pages and search for keyword "Print"

Commentary

I suspect the issue is one of margins and / or the way in which the settings are responding to the two-sided print for the folded card.

For example, the fact that the "card" is folded changes the manner in which the content responds to orientation.

Margins respond to printer defaults and / or margins for top-side as opposed to bottom.  For example, some printers require a larger "bottom" margin (.5 inches in some cases).  This difference can change the way the content sits on the page.

Confusing?  Yes, it can be so.

Although not directly related, you can take a look at the examples in the Dragon document below to see how one would print a single-fold card (8.5"X11" paper folded in half).
