Product: Laserjet Pro MFP M426dw

Hi, I wonder if you can help me. 

I have just been brought this new printer for my work.  As I am a secretary, I have always put a page of headed paper into tray no 1, and then asked it to print out blank copies from tray 2.  This has always worked perfectly until this new machine arrived!

 

Now, if I print one copy, it works fine, but if I ask for 3 copies (as above), it automatically turns the headed paper over and prints on the wrong side...... Am I doing something silly or is this a glitch in the machine?

 

Any ideas?

 

Also, on another page I have an option of how many sheets I want it to print - normally I would press the No2 button and two copies would fly out - not with this new machine - only 1 regardless even if I ask for 6 copies!

 

Any ideas?
