Designjet T120 Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have two issues:

1). I was trying to print to my T120 designjet printer from notepad (computer) but could not print the contents. However, I was able to print a print report from the T120 but it was faded printing. Would dust be cause of this kind of printing, if so, how do I correct this issue???

2). I like to know why am I able to print directly from the T120 but not from the computer???

Hi,

If you do an internal printer and looks fade. you might have a problem with the ink cartridges or the printhead.

Best regards
