Product: HP ColorLaserJet 4650
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)
I am trying to change the printing preferences on an HP ColorLaserJet 4650, but when I go to them, I can only see Layout and Paper/Quality. The other tabs, Advanced, Printing Shortcuts, Services, etc. are not showing. Printer is on a networked printer server. Others who can print are able to see all tabs. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer, but this has not helped. I have also checked in the Advanced option, but could not find anything to help.
