Hi,
I have a HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M127-M128 printer and it prints documents in microsoft word fine. However when I'm trying to print anything else online or PDF's it does not produce a good printed copy. The copy is missing lost of words and have these huge black streaks all over the paper. I tried stopping and restarting the the printer spooling, reinstalling the software, and taking the powercord out and putting it back in. Still no help. Is this normal with this printer? Can anyone one assist me? I would appreciate even the slightest bit of advice. I really need to use the printer ASAP.
