Product: HP OfficeJet 6962
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot print documents from my computer.  Other thab this everything seems to be  working,  I Had a lot of trouble installing the printer,  never  hadm trouble before installing HP products.  Need a solution.

Running the diagnostics at http://www.hp.com/go/tools may help resolve the issue.  Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor.
