Thanks for accessing the HP Support Forums for extra support! I see that you are experiencing issues with horizontal lines when printing. I would be happy to help you. 

 

It looks like a hardware issue with the toner.

 

Are you using Genuine HP Toner?

 

You can try the steps in this document to see if they will help: Troubleshooting Print Quality Issues.

 

If you have an extra toner, I would suggest trying it to see if that resolves the issue. If it does and you are using Genuine HP Toner, call HP Customer Support - Contact and inquire about a replacement toner.
