The carrier jam error only comes up when I try to print a photo.
There is no obstruction in the carrier path.
The printer initialyzes ok loads paper and comes up with carrier jam.
Color copies and text prints ok.
Seems to me the printer receives a command witch the printer not supports.

From both tablets Android 6 and 4.4 the same issue.

I understand that the issue persists only while printing photos.

 

This issue could be with the photo settings.
