HP Officejet 7110 Wide Format
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When a document is printed, the following document is ignored - nothing happens. On checking the print queue the printed document is still there - the following document status is 'Pinting', with nothing happening. To rectify this I have used the 'HP Print and Scan Doctor'. I power down the printer, leave it for a couple of minutes. Go into 'Print Spool', stop the service running, and delete contents of the print queue, power down the laptop and restart both. The completed document prints again as soon as the pinter is powered up, the computer print queue is empty as well as the print service running (set to automatic start).

'Print Doctor' reports that all latest required software drivers are installed. It finds and rectifies the print queue issue. This problem has just started recently for no apparent reason, prior to this it pinted as required, when required.

The 'Let Windows manage my printer is set to 'off' (have tried it set to 'on' as well - no responce)

I have removed and re-installed the printer drivers a number of times.

I would appeciate some help. This wide format machine is suitable for my purposes, it's just this irretation.

Thanks fo your help.

you can go to printer property & check     what is printing  .....  if nothing there &  delete printer driver n restart pc.... try again.

From time to time, I had similar problem & did the same & fixed problem. Corrupted driver.
