HP Recommended

I have just set up my new LaserJetPro MFP M277 and it is printing out pages entirely washed in blue ink (looks as if I'd used blue paper in the machine, apart from a smudged white strip down the left hand side).  Any body have any ideas what's wrong?  Thanks!

Solved my own problem now: pulled the cartridge out and slotted it firmly back in.  It may be that it because loose in transit when the printer was delivered.  All now seems to be working ok.
