New printer, I cannot print half fold greeting envelopes and it says flash modern browser print, wrong size paper

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post. 

 

I understand that you are facing an issue while printing on half fold greeting envelopes. Don't worry, I will be glad to help. 

Have you checked the paper settings?

May I know the application you are using to print?

Are you able to print on regular paper?

What is the operating system installed on your computer?

 

Recommend you to make sure the paper dimensions are set correctly in the application you are using to print.

Please refer to this article for assistance in setting custom paper settings on the application to be able to print on custom size papers.
