Hello, @LD67 – Hope you are well 🙂

Welcome to the HP Forum! This is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips!

I understand that you are facing issues while printing photos on your HP printer. To assist you with this issue, I need to know the following details:

  1. Is the issue specific while printing a photo
  2. What is the model number or product number of your printer? If unsure, check: http://hp.care/2oPCMBG
  3. Also, what is the operating system on your PC?

While awaiting for your reply, try to uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers. If you are using the Windows OS PC, then here are the steps:

  • Unplug the USB cable from the printer and computer if present.
  • Go to Control panel – Programs and feature – Select all the HP printer entries and uninstall them.
  • Restart your computer.
  • Now, go to http://hp.care/2oIDzTu enter your printer model to download and install the printer drivers.
  • Connect the USB cable if prompted and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.
  • Once the drivers are installed, check http://hp.care/2oPONHi to get instructions to print photos.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!

Good luck 🙂
