Product: psc 2410xi photosmart
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

This printer seemingly is recognized by the desktop system, running Win & (64-bit), but after selecting a document to print the printer status says "printing", then nothing happens.  Eventually, the status goes to 'print-error".

 

I have tried deleting the printer from devices list, the downloading drivers and software from HP site, still the same result.  I have tried executing the HP troubleshoot app - no resolution

The following Full Feature Software is available for your printer / Operating System

 

  • Operating System(s): Windows XP > Windows 7

Full Feature Software V13.0.445.0 WXP-W7

 

Basics

 

  • Download and save the software to your computer
  • Disconnect the USB cable between the computer and the printer
  • Uninstall existing printer programs from Control Panel > icon view > Programs and Features
  • Restart the computer and log in
  • Navigate to your Downloads folder; double-click on the software to start the installation
  • Connect the USB cable only when instructed (toward the end of the procedure)
  • After the installation appears to be complete, Restart the computer and log in
