@Ritu_Tiwari,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are facing print quality issues with your HP LaserJet Pro M1136 Multifunction Printer.

Let's go through a few steps to resolve this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: Fixing Poor Print and Scan Quality

You may also check the link: Redistributing the Toner

If the issue persists, then you may update the firmware from the link: HP LaserJet Firmware Update Utility

Let me know how this works.

You have a good day ahead.

I did the toner redistribution thing, and also, there are ink lines on the roller, I cleaned it and took another print
But the lines again appeared because the lines are back on the roller
This problem has arised since I refilled the cartridge
Previously there was no such problem.

@Ritu_Tiwari,

Thank you for your reply, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that the issue still persists after following the steps provided in the previous interaction.

This issue could be with the cartridge as it was refilled.

HP recommends that you use genuine HP ink or toner cartridges. HP cannot guarantee the quality or reliability of non-HP cartridges or refilled HP cartridges.

Hence, you may install a new genuine HP cartridge and check the print quality.

Let me know if this works.
